About Roderick Estates

Roderick Estates is a Swansea-based short-let management company, looking after a small collection of hand-picked homes across South Wales.

We believe a short stay should feel effortless. Every property is prepared to hotel standards by our own local housekeeping team, with fresh linen, thoughtful welcome touches and everything you need from the moment you arrive.

Because we’re based here, we know the area well, from the best of Swansea’s city centre and marina to the beaches of Mumbles and the Gower. We’re always on hand before and during your stay.

Booking direct with us means dealing with the people who look after your home, not a middleman.
